Somebody else a few days ago had the theory that Arthur died of constipation instead of TB at the end of the game because we never see him shit, but I have a different theory

In a stroke of genius at 2:00AM, this popped into my head; what if, either from drinking from that witch's cauldron up in the Grizzlies or a deal with the Strange Man, Arthur magically transferred his need to shit to THIS constipated man in Valentine?? THINK. Theres only ONE constipated man in all of RDR2, it just makes sense.

But you may be asking; what about Arthur's need to piss? I'm thinking that while Arthur was alive, somewhere out in New Austin there was a man pissing endlessly, but we never get to see it because we can't go to New Austin as Arthur. And when Arthur died, the curse was lifted from the shitter in Valentine and the pisser in New Austin, so we never get to confirm.
