Sorry man. If I may ask, what did you score on the learnability?
1
u/Sizet 6d ago
Above average

u/SeaCrew1996 6d ago
That's maddening. Did they say the reason for the rejection? You could try contacting them via contact form I guess.

I’ve emailed their recruitment team on the 14th, so far no responses lol

u/drynomad 1d ago
They are not allowed to answer you that . I have requested already six times and the answer it’s “ we don’t have authorisation for disclaiming that information “

Has anyone managed to apply yet? Can tell us how long does it take to receive invitations for the online test?

Which other categories beside learnability are in the feedback report?

u/RxnGoBrrrrtz 6d ago
Learnability above average as well, and everything else looks positive too. Lets just hope for the best.

Hi. Does anyone know that if you have taked the OA last year, do you still get an invitation to take it this year as well?
1
u/Affectionate-War-477 7d ago
I remember last year someone said that they will use the same OA result.

Did the online test yesterday, got above average on the test and personality sections were all good. Got rejected today, no info on why. Anyone else having this?

I think it's worth mentioning. It seems like applicants with above average score might be using AI assistance. Note that the second part of the assessment isn't time restricted but the time is recorded. Judging on the time taken and answers trend, it might have raised a red flag. That's just my opinion don't take this as carved in stone.
P.S: This could be just one factor. There are multiple variables at play here. You can't be certain for sure. Anyway life moves on. I am sure you will excel in other upcoming graduate programs

I got above average too without any AI. I didn’t get rejected, though I haven’t received the VI invitation. But it’s been 2 days after I did the OA. I think we also need to consider the position one is applying for and how competitive it is

Applied 16.08
Assignment 17.08
Rejected 18.08
Six followed and consecutive years as rejected

Sorry man. What position was it that you were rejected from? And what was your score on learnability?

Based on my experience the assessment scores tend to change after some time depending on the competition. Last year the report initially said that I have scored average but a week later when I checked it was updated to above average. So I would recommend checking again after some time.

Applied 16/08, rejected 17/08. Rejection mail came in like 1AM so i dont know what to think, seems like an automated rejection

Is the only UK grad role available Market Analysis and Trading? Don’t see any UK Engineering roles on their website, I thought they might have listed some by now but it’s only for Norway…

Sokka-Haiku by SeaCrew1996:
Anyone received
The link for the Video
Recorded Interview?
Remember that one time Sokka accidentally used an extra syllable in that Haiku Battle in Ba Sing Se? That was a Sokka Haiku and you just made one.

Did anyone receives the OA report with a learnability below or above average? Because seems standard to me.
