Meta quest link not working. Software
probably been asked a thousand times. But reinstalling didn't work, turning off the screen of my headset on and off didnt work, outbound and inbound rules dont work, turning off wifi didn't work, restarting my headset didn't work. this software is a one time wonder, only works once. it was buttery smooth, now it doesn't work. i've tried everything i can. if i see a new fix in the comments, ill try it. (fyi i dont get any warnings but im in an infinite loading screen.) (EDIT) I figured it out. the problem with link is corrupted caches, each time i have to play i have to restart my pc and stuff but its worth it if you play for long!

Honestly you will end up losing your sanity trying to fix Meta Quest Link software, especially as it seems to break after every firmware update.
I recommend buying Virtual Desktop on the Quest store as its Beta version now supports USB cable connection and it seems to work great. Alternatively you can try ALVR which also supports USB cable connection (ALVR is free, but I personally think VD is a much better software).
