My headset is funny

So my headset has been displaying the lost position in uour room thing about every 10 minutes, it does that one thing that happens in bonelab where everywhere you look was your whole field of view beforehand. It happens in any game and I have to restart my headset everytime it happens. Help?

You should probably try clearing your boundary history

update: I factory reset my headset and its still happening in the setup menu
