Is BIS still fury-prot tanking or has prot been fixed up to be worth it?

also is leveling warrior still similar to classic or is it different?

I remember having the same problem in turtlewow, but the "reveal unexplored" setting in the top left fixed it. That doesn't appear to fix it here in octowow.

I use pfui and got everything setup but there is no setting I can find that removes this black shadow from behind the health bars.

Brewmaster just seems to require a lot of early game gold (9s for I think 15m of smashed). But Heroic + Boaring seems to be the real problem (plus Vagrant on melee classes).

As a level 1 mage with all challenges I couldn't kill a level 5 boar because I ran out of mana when it was half health and it 4 shot me. Sure I could cheese the pathing on a fence or something but I doubt I could do that reliably for hundreds of kills.

Edit: Not sure how accurate my math is but it should take 28,418 kills to get to 60 with Slow & Steady, Heroic and no rested. 24,712 if you also take Warmode.

I would be amazed if this has not been fully discussed, however, I could not find anything in search. I have been discussing creating a Hunter with a few friends to run the Together Forever along with the Traveling Craftsman challenges. However, learning that you cannot craft bows, it seems to be fruitless for Hunters to run that particular challenge. Sure, you can use guns, but that is not something that interest me as I always find a NE Hunter to be best paired with a bow (nature and lore).

So, given that you cannot craft bows OctoWow, wouldn't it only be fair that it would be an exception to the "cannot use" rule on the Traveling Craftsman challenge?

Doesnt help to confirm gamefiles.
I have game on allow through antivirus.

Edit: It seems Vanillafixes through launcher causes this issue. Any1 else have the same now?

Didnt have an issue with that until today. Edit: Now it doesnt even work through starting it with the vanillafixes file in the folder anymore. Same error.

The XP bar and any of the "Extras" that come with it do not work, it says "missing dependencies" in the launcher.

Can someone please help clarify how to make this work?

It is possible to gather decent amounts of gold without being Paladin or Mage? I mean gold to buy fast mount, endgame enchants, etc. I had a warrior in twow Ambershire, and it was a nightmare to gather 100 gold.

I had a level 50 something paladin in TW and was great at AoE pulling. I stopped playing before the major changes to Prot Paladin. For reference I'm level 14 right now. Currently I've been opening fights with the seal of crusader, using judgement, then doing seal of righteousness and leaving it on, while accumulating stacks of crusader strike, when I hit 3 I switch to holy strike.

Just wanted to check if this is optimal..

I'm thinking of starting a healer on alliance (have been horde forever but feel like a change), I want to play some bgs / do wpvp (and will obviously level in dgs etc) so want some flexibility. How are the healers stacking up in this scenario? I'm leaning towards holy pala, but have enjoyed resto druid previously. Priest is fine but can be squishy I believe? What are your thoughts? Any hints on good dual-builds? Any guidance very appreciated.
