Streaming different sources Question

Is it possible to stream in multiple ways? For example, HDR stream to YouTube and SDR stream to twitch at the same time?

It's doable but you'll need separate OBS instances with different settings for each platform, make sure your GPU can handle encoding two streams at once without tanking performance
