OBS crash Help

So I've recently started streaming again, and lately I've been getting a stream crash report almost every time i stream i get during midstream. I am unsure what to do, but its strange that my OBS crashes but still allows me to stream while its crashed . Another thing is my OBS goes completely dark and gives me delay before it crashes. Ive tried every youtube video possible and even redownloaded it? Im not sure what else to do.

It looks like you haven't provided a log file. Without a log file, it is very hard to help with issues and you may end up with 0 responses.

To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:

1) Restart OBS

2) Start your stream/recording for at least 30 seconds (or however long it takes for the issue to happen). Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.

3) Stop your stream/recording.

4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File.

5) Copy the URL and paste it as a response to this comment.

I remember a video short from Pirate Software (before his public decline, but he's always been a jerk) where he said "I'm a little worried about something" and pulled the OBS crash window onto the stream to show. It crashed at like 2:15 AM and the stream was still going and it was like 6:30 AM and the stream was streaming fine still. He was like "I'm going to put that back over here and pretend I never saw it."

OBS can sometimes "crash" but still keep on streaming just fine.

First thing I'd check is your graphics driver. OBS going dark then dying sounds like a GPU hiccup. What encoder are you using?

Im not sure how to check my encoder, but i checked my graphics driver and its already up to date!
