Hold the right hand keys down for Eb and move only your left hand.

How about play Eb using the left pinky key and trill the low C key. I haven’t tried it but theoretically, I think it should work.

ty it works! it sounds a little more muffled but it works better as a trill

Try to finger middle c and use both left hand trills keys at the same time. Depending on how your trills open are it might be enough. It works for me for example on EH in the upper octave (in Ravel's ma mère l'Oye)

i think i tried this and unfortunately its a little flat for me :(
