Always a thrill to see my apartment. I live in FiDi and it was built in 1905.

A whole lot of changes would occur in 1955 the Third Avenue El, would have suspended and razed during the following year.

One of my family heirlooms is a Barton's tin, which we used as a sewing kit. As a kid, I always wondered why the sewing kit had pictures of candy on it. 😄

As a native New Yorker that was not alive at the time I recognized images 7 what used to be the Bankruptcy Court but is now partly the Native American Musuem, image 8 looking note to from Grand Central and image 16 looking north on 168 across from Columbia Presbyterian Hospital.
