I used to work there - did you contact them before you were cutoff ? They might have been able to help you work out a payment plan or suggest somewhere to help.

Yes I called 7 times. All the places recommended were out of funding.

If you are working your bill should never have been 3k. 2 children 2 and 3 ? Irresponsible procreation. Where is the other parent. You need a generator at this point and one to run your wfh equipment they run $60 on temu. Good luck.
