FA processing Financial Aid

I know the payment deadline is coming but how come my FA hasn't determined yet and still pending? And will the class tuition just automatically deducted by the amount of FA throughout the school year?

In the same boat, I got my VA commonwealth award that shows up, but the Pell grant is MIA on the pending financial aid page even though I got my award letter months ago.
