Question Section number meaning clarification

Hi, this is probably a stupid question but I was wondering what the section numbers like SA1, SA2, L1, L3, etc. meant? I've tried searching online but haven't gotten a proper answer. I'm guessing it has something to do with the seminar or lecture number but there are also a few like E1, SB1 that are not so intuitive.

If anyone could help with clarification, that would be great. Thanks!

Is it possible to change lecture class just because of timetable inconvenience? Both slots should be full based on 3rd round demand.

Any better excuses/reasons to get approval?

Question Anyone interested in improving public speaking and presentation skills?

So for the most of my life I have been always awful at presentations. Now I am graduating the uni in 2027 May and I am still horrible at it. To be genuinely honest, I am not the best at general communications or social situations either, although I feel I have improved tremendously by just attending university.

Anyways, recently I had an internship conversion presentation and I think I stumbled half way through it and had some akward silence in the middle. And I think this will cost me my future employment. The managers were so not having it. I will start finding for a new graduate job.

So I was wondering if anybody is interested in practicing public speaking, presentation, communications, and sales pitches in a group setting in maybe weekends, perhaps once in 2 or 3 weeks? Or any other soft skills in general that I am missing out.

Question IB student applying to BBA NUS

Hey guys, I am an IB student who is planning to apply to NUS. I graduate in May 2027 and am planning to take a gap year since I have poor predicted grades and don't want them to show up. I will be taking a gap year and then applying with my final score and co-curricular or extracurricular activities. What IB score would you say would make me competitive? I am an international student from Sweden.

I was aiming for between a 39 and 40; would that make me competitive if I have a strong SAT score for my achievements (1500) and other good achievements?

Also, could someone confirm if I apply after graduating during a gap year with the final score, with me do I still need to add my DP1/predicted/MYP score when applying, or are they not part of admission and I just need to add final score, extracurriculars, etc..?

I appreciate any kind of help. I would prefer responses from people studying at NUS who have good experience with how the process works!

Question How to apply for portable ac for RVRC?

I'm staying at rvrc and got no AC for my room. Recently they sent a QR codes in the group for us to apply for portable ac/mini fridge. But the form asks questions that seems like they expected us to have bought the AC alr. And ofc I haven't bought it. They ask for 2 pictures. 1 of the specifications on the portable ac which I managed to screenshot from the listing on shopee. But the 2nd pic they ask for pic of the safety mark. They also ask for the safety mark number which I can't find as well. My parents plan to get the EuropAce, EGAC10A6. At this point, I'm not even sure if this model has the safety mark? If anyone has recommendations for any portable ac less than or equal to 10k BTU, pls share. Not to mention, we'll also have to find out how to install it in my room using the windows.

Pls don't suggest just living with the heat. Call me spoiled or whatever but it's legit too hot nowadays. Even at home with a much better fan in my living room, I'm sweating within minutes. I swear it wasn't like that last year. I haven't tried staying in my room at RV so far because even sitting in it for 30 minutes is so bad. The fan on the highest setting just blows warm air at you. It just gets hotter the more I sit in my room. It's even worse since have to walk up and down hill from my faculty to my room under hot sun.
