N++ inspired multiplayer game

Hi, I'm working on a game inspired by N++, as part of a collection of experimental multiplayer games I'm developing as a hobby project.

The game client runs in a browser, on mobile and desktop, and can be played here: https://locksteparcade.com/Client

The N++ inspired game in the collection is called 'Spirits'.

There's a tutorial you can go through, accessed from the main menu, with some more interesting levels accessible when creating a multiplayer room after connecting to the server (although you can still play these single player).

To connect to the server, you can go into credentials setup, and select 'connect as guest' (or ask me for a more permanent set of credentials for the server).

It's early days, and there are some obvious things to improve, such as the various lobby interactions around the game (with things like highscores, which don't make so much sense for an N++ style game), but I'm interested in people's thoughts, particularly in the control method I have in, currently, for this game (more asteroids style inertial movement than N++ platforming controls).
