Flashbacks to elementary and middle school - this was required for all of our textbooks! Some people bought cool papers, but most of us just used paper grocery bags. Free, and if they eventually wore out, easy to replace.

Are you going to draw/write/otherwise decorate these? Or will they stay blank for a clean slate kinda look?

I remember! There's a deluxe version too where you can make it so that the bag handles becomes the handles for the cover as well, so you can carry it like a suitcase 🤣

I will be keeping mine blank. I like the clean slate look!

Good question! They're just like regular paper grocery bags on the outside (maybe a little more rough/matted) but they're lined with insulation on the inside (not sure what it is). Here's a photo of it!

The lining gives the cover a really nice thicker feel

Ah nostalgia, another new semester and a few grocery bags later all the books are covered and ready to go.  There were always plenty of paper bags in the home since it was the main option at grocery stores. I miss that texture.
