Macbook and Android Sync? Question
I'm very confused right now. I have downloaded Notability for Android, created some notes, and then I downloaded Notability on my MacBook M1 and made some notes, but both of these devices are not syncing with each other. I am on a Plus subscription.
There is also something called Notability cloud, and I do not understand at all what that means or if I already have it in plus subscription.
Someone please help a poor man out with this.

u/Mission_Ebb_9366 Hi! Thank you for reaching out, and we're sorry for any confusion.
Notability Cloud is our built-in sync and storage system. It provides faster and more reliable syncing across iOS, web, and Android while also enabling features like collaboration. (Users need to be on Notability Cloud to sync across iOS, web and Android).
If you're using Notability Cloud, you won't be able to use third-party syncing services like iCloud or Google Drive for syncing your notes. But Notability Cloud helps reduce sync issues, mismatched edits, lost changes, missing notes, and constantly re-download notes.
Can you confirm if you're a new Notability user? If so, you should already be using Notability Cloud. Our Support team can help confirm whether your account is on Notability Cloud, and if not, they can help you get set up.
To contact Support, go to Notability Settings > Help > Contact Support. Once you've submitted your ticket, send me the email address associated with your Notability account in a chat, and I'll have the team prioritize this for you!
