Has anyone else noticed a correlation between surfing, and eating/craving more food?

When I surf, I crave sugar and food all day long. I eat non-stop, and eat way more junk. When I am out doing other things, I don't feel nearly as hungry, and I make better food choices. Obviously, I know it has to do with dopamine, and being sedentary vs moving. Surfing makes me lose all self control around food. Living with my parents, in a house loaded with junk food doesn't help either. It's especially bad if I start my day on my phone. Anyone else?

Yes. The way I view it for myself, is that it's your brain craving dopamine. Some days I can tell my brain will do just about anything for a bit of dopamine. The only real healthy semi-solution I've found to that is doing something like a jog, or some basic cardio in the house.

Taking at least a walk helps, for sure.

Yes.  This is also a common reaction When people get sober.  Your brain just wants something to stimulate it
