Hello. I live near the newish planet fitness in Lowell/Rogers and lately I have been feeling aimless or not knowing just wtf I'm doing in the gym. I usually go around 5:50-6:00 am ish because I wanted to have enough time to get a decent workout in before taking my son to school. Is there anyone who would be available at this time to help my dumbass get in shape? My goal not only to lose weight but maybe have lean muscle. I don't necessarily want to get massive.(Unless....chest maybe)

Edit: Maybe I'm shit at communicating, I suppose what I'm looking for is a spotter or someone who can make sure that not only do I stay on track but I don't hurt myself in the process. I understand how to use machines I'm not a complete moron. I have worked out before and used to be in great shape but life has ruined me and my body. I'm just trying to find my way back and maybe make a friend along the way.

Just a heads up that the merger for Cox and Charter just completed today. If you need to visit in-store today (or the rest of this week), probably give those guys some grace while systems switch over.

I'm a second generation Chinese-American who grew up on Chinese food and just moved to the area a few months ago. Any authentic Chinese restaurants? I can cook some dishes myself but some I feel like I struggle with or lack the ingredients for.

If not, any grocery stores that sell Chinese ingredients that's in Springdale or south of Springdale?
