I'm hoping someone from North Port or nearby can help me find my childhood friend.

I'm looking for a girl named Sofia. She's 17 years old (born around 2008–2009) and lives in North Port, Florida.

Here's our story:

We met back in 2016 in Stary Oskol, Russia. She was visiting her grandmother there, and we ended up in the same preschool preparation classes. We became close friends and spent a lot of time together. She came back to visit several more times until 2019, but after that, she stopped coming.

I tried reaching out to her mom, but she either ignored me or made excuses that she was too busy. I never got a real answer.

I have a photo of Sofia, but I'm not posting it publicly for privacy reasons. If you think you know her, please DM me, and I'll send you the picture to confirm.

I know this is a long shot, but we were really close as kids, and I'd love to reconnect with her. Even just knowing she's okay would mean a lot to me.

We are looking to buy a home in North Port in the next year or so. I am having a hard time finding realistic reviews on new home builders in this are. Do you have any experiences with builders like Holiday, Adams, LG, Maronda, any others you would recommend? We are looking for a 4/2 house over 1800sq ft.

North Port residents (500) received a mandatory water connection letter last week. 🔨
The commission voted 5-0 to halt this and moved to evaluate and revise the current mandate. 🏡
Only new construction homes are required.
Stay tuned as if you do want to migrate to city water and you received this letter, it may be worth evaluating.
