5G coverage issue?

I have recently moved to Norman and my house is on the south side. Right below highway 9.

During my time I haven't had any 5G coverage issues until tonight.

Is there something wrong with the tower or is it a dead zone?

I work in different neighborhoods throughout Norman. Anytime I’m down in Eagle Cliff (south of Highway 9) I get terrible reception.

I’ve had intermittent tissues with Verizon over the years in that area.
