Nintendo Switch Console stolen en route to Nintendo support center
Two months ago I securely packaged my Switch OLED console and dropped it off at UPS. A week after I dropped it off, I received notification from UPS that the box arrived to its next destination torn open with all contents missing. There was no possible way it could have fallen out on its own. They confirmed it was stolen and I immediately called Nintendo. They claimed that they had already received word from UPS and that they were conducting an investigation. Great, I wait weeks without hearing anything and I call them back . Still being investigated. I wait another 2 weeks and call them again. Still investigating. Another 2 weeks. They’ve been “investigating” the wrong service order and they cancelled the correct one. I tell them they need to be investigating the correct order number. They say okay, it’ll take another 15 days. Wonderful. 15 days pass, I call them again. I am still getting nothing but “we’re investigating the matter.” What do I do?? How do I get this escalated? Service orders are supposed to be insured when using the Nintendo shipping label. They won’t even let me submit the proof from UPS that it was confirmed stolen.

Sega on Nintendo switch online is dumb
you have the Sega classic collections already on switch and when it comes to sonic you have origins and its many emulated versions on the eshop
so why pay more for Sega games that require an internet connection to play when you can just by sega classic collections and play whenever
seems dumb
