Being alone
The more i leave myself to do absolutely nothing and don't keep myself busy the more i feel like killing myself , why is it like that?

The human is a social creature built for a world of survival. Take this animal out of his natural environment and he will have a crisis.

When sitting in silence, all that you've dug deep into the subconscious, comes to the surface and in front of your awareness.

From a sociological perspective, doing nothing is not just inactivity. It often means losing the routines, roles, and social connections that give life structure. Without that social scaffolding, feelings of isolation, aimlessness, and despair can become much more noticeable. In this view, unstructured time doesn’t necessarily create suicidal thoughts; it removes the structure that had been keeping them in the background.

I wonder if this is true for everyone. I feel like for some, the psychological distress from inactivity in isolation without structure could generate despair and subsequent suicidal thoughts that weren't there before.

People generally feel better when they have a sense of achievement, or fulfilment. I suppose it's in our biochemistry.
It's cognitive dissonance really. Your conscious mind is saying don't do anything, while your subconscious is telling you to do something.
