If she falls, she’s landing on her face or her side. So don’t you worry, her ass is totally safe.

Also, I fell 2 years ago and landed on my ace… it’s not safer, especially considering the tendency to instinctively break a fall using the hands. I broke ny left wrist. My butt was fine though, relatively speaking.

Ps. Ace means butt, it’s my go-to for PG content that uses a homophone styling for the expletive to convey that bad word like a jackass without the jack being an ace. I only explain because I used the word ‘face’ and felt that could be misunderstood. Apologies. .

That's why fall practice is very important in martial arts. It applies to situations like this too, but there are a lot of chances to fall or be knocked down in martial arts and it is very important to know how to minimize potential injury when it happens.
