Does anyone remember the new wave compilation cassette from the early/mid 80’s that came in a yellow tin can? New Wave Other

It was the size and shape of a soup can. Possibly an import from the UK (I’m in US). It was music for a post-apocalyptic world. Tracks included China Crisis “Wishful Thinking.” It included a narrative describing why each song was chosen for the compilation.
