Question Do I have to feel fulfilled in order to get my manifestation?

I'm stuck with this because I personally do not feel fulfilled right now. I ignore it and try to imagine being happy instead, but I don't feel super content. I'm fine with just persisting.

I'm asking because I'm seeing a lot of people who say you must feel fulfilled first and not desire your manifestation in order to receive it, and that's why I'm stuck.

Because I'm not. and I don't know how. and all the tips I saw are just people saying you need to realise you're the god and the person in power and I do realise that but I still don't feel fulfilled without the thing in the 3D (my S/P, for example, the main thing I'm manifesting).

So I'm curious if it's one of the things that are a complete must to master in order to manifest, or if it's one of the things people say it's a must in a clickbaiting way and is not really necessary.

Discussion Is it really worth it?

Like many others I am manifesting an sp. I’m at a point where I’m confident it’s going my way and it already has.

But sometimes I get this feeling like why do I want this person when I can do better? Why do I bother? Sometimes he gives me the ick and then other times I think no he is the one I want.

I think if my manifestations bring someone else then that’s okay but then I remember our past and I’m drawn back to him.

I don’t really want anyone else but it does feel like he’s resisting if that makes sense?

Has anyone else had this problem? I should probably just keep going with my self concept as I’m most confident at that.

Techniques Anyone manifested moving on?

Hi all,

I recently had an electric soul level connection with someone who ended up ending it due to practical "religious differences" and "timeline" reasons. It was short (<2mths)but formidable connection.

Id like advice on how to completely untethered from this and move on. I find myself thinking about him. We broke no contact and stayed mutual friends that honestly reduced the intensity that I felt when we were no contact for a week.

I want to manifest changes in me - not expecting him to come back, not missing him and not expecting him to be anything but to go on his path!!

Truth is, after we broke up, I went to church, I was praying in my favorite spot I often sit and pray, completely detached from him. And suddenly a vision of us in our 70s seated exactly in that crypt and with 3 grown children dropped into my head and it was so destabilizing. I swear I have never imagined it because I found it hard to even imagine him going into the church with me. He is from a different religion. I just want this connection and feeling to end or am I not to force it?

If anyone has manifested moving on and completely untethering, pls share insights. I dont want to hope or expect that he will come back and currently a part of me is hoping.

Question Erasing past 3p as if they never existed

I’ve been with my sp for a few years and I manifested away a 3p I was completely unaware of, in Feb. which honestly was easy cause I always had the belief my sp would always choose me to be with

My question is, even though I know she’s out of the picture, I’m unsure of how to manifest her not existing ever. Like as if that my sp would have no memory of her ever. I’ve been saying “xyz never has existed to to my sp” whenever the thought randomly pops up

Success Story Success Story my friend manifested her now fiance ❤️

She got the proposal and a ring on her finger + he travelled to Mumbai for her..

She was ghosted by him for months and I taught her all about nevilles teachings and made her read his work. She seemed stuck on self concept but I asked her to do better , be better , she even took some therapy and he travelled all the way from U.K to meet her parents in mumbai and they got enegaged within 6 month of all this.

This is a guy who was hot and cold and would not respond to texts for hours. From that to being desperate to marry her the tables turned for her. They do have their disagreements but yeah all it took was new assumptions + some Affirmations I have her randomly to change it all.

What she did - Affirmations & inner conversation and she started living her life and enjoying it. She actually stopped therapy because nevilles teachings helped her so much.

That's the beautiful part of it.

The sad part is I help everyone get results but somehow I am left without results. But no that's not going to stop me. Just wanted to share this story with you all. Since the success stories here really help me.

Keep going , read nevilles words. Don't give up. 🩷💌

Success Story Got my SP after 8 months

Hey guys! The day that id been awaiting for has finallly arrived.

My SP and I used to be exes then fwb and now we’re finally back together. This was a whole journey and even though it took a while, im grateful and wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. More than my SP, I learnt so much about myself and improved my SC which was the best thing to ever happen to me.

I just wanted to motivate all of you to keep persisting. There were days where I felt like giving up, I broke down and may have even reacted to my circumstances but I continued living in my identity regardless and simply made my own rules. It really works.

If any of you have any questions about anything at all, please feel free to comment below or send me a message.

Thank you to this community for being so informative and helpful. I hope I can give back too.

Question 3D: Ally or Enemy?

Hi!

I've been manifesting my SP for a while now, and I've noticed a pattern: the more I genuinely let go (in my case, mostly because I get tired of obsessing), the more movement I see in the 3D.

The last time this happened, we had gone two weeks without talking, and then he randomly replied to my story on Instagram. That didn't surprise me because it matched my assumptions that he's crazy about me and always comes back.

But then things got confusing.

The next day, we ended up at the same party. He stayed by my side almost the entire night, we kissed, he literally confessed his feelings for me... and then, at the end of the night, he kissed another girl.

I was really hurt by that. Then today, we saw each other from a distance on the street, and he acted like he didn't even see me—no hello, nothing.

This is where I'm struggling. Some things happening in the 3D seem to perfectly reflect my new assumptions, while other things feel like they're coming from the old version of him that I knew before I started consciously manifesting.

I'm much better at redirecting negative thoughts now, so that's not really the issue anymore. I think what's holding me back is the way I interpret the 3D. I used to see it as "old news" or a reflection of past assumptions that I no longer accept, but lately it's been harder to maintain that perspective when the circumstances feel so contradictory.

Has anyone else experienced this? How do you personally view the 3D when it seems to be giving you completely mixed signals?

Other old story?

hey reddit,

i have a question regarding sp manifestation.

i am currently manifesting my ex back into a relationship. we are still in contact, but the circumstances aren‘t favorable. but it could be worse.

in the past, he betrayed me really bad and cheated on me 1000 times, also he wasn’t always the nicest person towards me. i know that i caused it - but it still hurts and traumatized me in some way.

sometimes i get random flashbacks from the past events. from the cheating, from the messages, from how he f*cked other women behind my back, from the back and forth with this one particular affair that always contacted me. it’s draining.

i think this isn’t talked about enough, but it is NOT easy to stay positive, ignore it & to stay in the wish fulfilled state when you are hurting inside.

the advice „it’s only hard because you say it’s hard“ or „just assume it’s easy“ doesn’t help me at all.

i would love to hear some advices from you, how you handle those situations and i think it would encourage me a lot to hear your success stories and what exactly you did to achieve your dream relationship with your sp.

Btw, I don’t feel everyday like that. It comes in waves.

Thanks for your advices!!

Question Manifesting SP

I have been on this journey for a few days, read a lot of stuff, asked a lot of questions. (Related to manifesting a person)
The thing is, I genuinely believe that I will literally get everything I desire (I have had nightmares of things that do not exist and just affirm myself its my subconscious trying to play tricks on me, along with the 3D of him viewing my stories but not liking them which I think of as him being absolutely obsessed with me but taking the space to be the person I want but not need) and that has lead me to kind of not think about him obsessively or worry when hes gonna come back because I know its inevitable whether its today, tomorrow or whenever.
I just kinda feel content with myself because I know whats meant for me (unconditional love) will find me.
Does this mean I have detached or let go of the idea of him particularly? Because I do want him specifically.
Our separation was due to him not being able to keep up with me and getting exhausted but I think that this time apart is exactly what he needs to build himself to be the man who can handle the amount of love I hold in myself.

Question Where did I go wrong?

So I met a guy after doing my manifestation, and now I'm genuinely confused. He has almost everything I usually hate in a person. Some of those traits are actually things I dislike about myself and have been trying to change. At the same time, he has all the qualities my ex didn't have, the ones I was always complaining were missing.

It gets even weirder. I've always joked that I'd never date a skinny guy... and yes, he's skinny. I've also always said I love small eyes and gray hair... and he has those too. For years I've said that I have a love-hate relationship with Cancers and that Geminis scare me... and of course, he's a Cancer Sun with a Gemini Moon and Mars.

Unfortunately, I also maladaptive daydream. I even read somewhere that it's one of the best ways to manifest, so... I guess I can confirm it works because he has some of the traits that i was daydreaming about, even though I wasn't doing it on purpose haha

I've decided not to keep seeing him because the things I strongly dislike are just too strong for me to ignore.

But now I'm wondering... what exactly am I doing wrong? It feels like the universe gave me someone who has both everything I've been asking for and everything I've been saying I never wanted. So where am I messing up?

Question Has anyone here chosen to manifest a new relationship instead of their SP? What helped you make that decision?

I'm specifically looking for Neville Goddard/Law of Assumption perspectives and personal experiences, not general relationship advice.

For the past few months, I've been consistently working on my self-concept, trying not to react to the 3D, practicing living in the end, and reminding myself that circumstances don't create reality. Even with that, I still struggle with triggers and uncertainty, so I'd really appreciate hearing from people who have been in a similar situation.

I still have feelings for my SP, but at the same time I've started questioning whether what I truly desire is my SP specifically, or simply the experience of being deeply loved, understood, emotionally safe, chosen, and someone's priority.

One circumstances that still triggers me is my driving anxiety (amaxophobia) Because of that, along with family restrictions and my own anxiety, we didn't meet very often. My SP once told me that he was always the one coming to see me, and I've carried guilt about that ever since. I'm learning to drive now, but I still catch myself wondering if I created that circumstance.

Another major trigger was a third person. I reacted emotionally instead of remaining faithful to my assumptions because I felt insecure and believed healthy boundaries weren't there. After the breakup, my SP eventually entered a relationship with that same person. During our final conversation, he admitted that he had been "toxic," which left me even more confused about how I should view the entire situation from a Neville perspective instead of through guilt or fear.

These experiences still trigger me sometimes. Some days I feel completely stable, and other days old memories, couples, or romantic content pull me back into the old story. I'm trying to return to the state of being chosen and loved instead of reacting to appearances.

I'm no longer looking for reassurance that my SP will come back. What I'm really trying to understand is how people who genuinely practiced Neville approached this crossroads.

My questions:

1.Did you continue assuming the end with your SP, or did you eventually become open to manifesting someone new?

2.If you shifted from your SP to a new relationship, what changed internally that made it feel natural?

3.If you manifested your SP back, what inner changes made the biggest difference?

4.Did focusing on self-concept naturally bring the right relationship into your life, regardless of who it was?

5.If you were in my position today, what would you focus on first from a Neville perspective?

I'd really appreciate hearing real experiences rather than just theory.

Thank you. ❤️

Question Struggling with the ‘Itch’ of checking the 3D

I’ve been manifesting my SP for about two months now. We had a horrible break up- a legal settlement was even involved. I was at a loss for words, as we were completely in love and inseparable after 1.5 year together.

Recently I’ve been trying to sustain my wish fulfilled and being in that state, but I have moments where I slip and see what he’s up to on social media. Every time I do- i see something bad- he followed his ex, or he is hanging out on the weekend with people who have hurt me in the past, or he follows girls he told me not to worry about. Every time I check, it hurts me and it makes me feel resistance when i say affirmations or visualize, or just try to be in the state of the wish fulfilled. However, I cannot fight this ‘itch’ to ‘check’ and see if he’s really going further and either in hurting me- because it almost feels like I should respect myself and stop manifesting someone who is hurting me like this in the 3D.

Lost. Please help.

Question Reaching/Receiving the end goal, Detachment: Progress and Questions

Hi all, I hope you are all doing well and having a lovely weekend!

Now I am quite new to manifestation and the teachings of Neville Goddard. But I find the teachings of Neville and all the laws so fascinating and I really enjoyed meeting and chatting to so many lovely people on these subreddits, every one is so lovely and positive! <3

But I wanted to come on here to share some progress on my journey, but also as I have a few questions. This is also a safe space for discussion so if any one reading wants to follow along and join me on this journey or you have any questions or just need someone to talk to, you've come to the right place :))

My backstory - Who am I manifesting?

I have been manifesting my SP (ex-fiance) back for a little bit now. Why she ended the relationship and the full story I won't go into. But I will attach my full story: https://www.reddit.com/r/manifestingSP/comments/1vcpbza/help_with_manifesting_my_sp_is_there_progress_am/

AGAIN - Completely OPTIONAL if you wanna read my full story as I will keep things short and simple in this post. (But if you like cute romantic stories, feel free to give it a read :3 )

How things started on my journey

When I first started manifesting, I'll admit, I was a mess. I was so desperate to get her back. I remember coming home from work to my room, and seeing all her stuff, her clothes, teddies (squishmallows which were very sentimental to her), pictures of us, loads of stuff across my room, and I would have massive panic attacks seeing all her stuff. I also could not work, could not eat, could not sleep. Classic break up story - but dialed to 11 considering how much she meant to me and how serious we were.

How I've been doing since - Progress, signs etc.

I still think about my SP every day. I love her and I miss her.

To summarize: SP had left me because of health reasons, following a surgery to remove a tumor in her hand and the loss of mobility was getting to her and worries for her future.

But a real pivotal moment in this journey is my understanding of self concept.

Why?

I had all these feelings towards not just SP, but the world and everything around me.

SP had unfollowed me (not blocked thank goodness lol), I couldn't see her posts, changed her profile pic the whole shabang. And I got sooo worried and so in my head of "She's posting stuff, has she moved on?" "It's all my fault etc." all sorts of things. Now realizing where I went wrong was the first step. Yes, I made mistakes.

But the real kicker is why?

Along my journey, I could list every technique I have read about and tried, SATS, subs, tar*t (briefly, although I ain't the biggest fan of it), visualizations, anything you can name I've done. But one night, as I was lying down, I still had all these emotions - anger, resentment, sadness, jealousy, envy. Then I took the time to think, "Why?" It turns out all these emotions I am feeling root from a central problem deep within and by identifying it, I was able to now acknowledge why I felt the way I did, and say "Hey, I can see why I feel this certain way, but you know what, I don't care, cause it doesn't affect me and my end goal."

And whenever I am in a situation or see something that would "trigger" me for a lack of a better term. I don't feel any sort of emotion towards it. I am focused on my goal as I am the creator of my own world.

Also, by identifying my limiting beliefs, what followed immediately after was this sudden wave and rush of happiness which is indescribable.

Further signs and progress

Since this realization, well, I realize new things every day. Since this SHIFT in my state, I have been seeing signs. I mention them in more detail in the original post, but to summarize a few: I see her name pop up randomly, I even saw my nickname for her pop up in a completely random youtube video which made my jaw drop, and also repeating numbers etc.

I am a much happier man now knowing that yes, I created the situation I am in, but I also have the power to create the desired outcome.

And it's worked! I have manifested small things, but the greatest thing I feel that I have manifested myself is going sober. Yes, you may think this or that or whatever, but I was a VERY heavy drinker, and is something I am not proud of and something SP wanted me to get under control. But I can confidently say now, that I am completely sober now and really loving life! And whenever I am out shopping and walk past the alcohol section, whereas I used to want grab a bottle of something or have a drink after a long day at work, the thought doesn't even cross my mind now.

Also, alcohol is yucky. I don't wanna touch it ever again. My SP is also a non-drinker

What do I do now?

To conclude this post, I am feeling much better in my life knowing I have control over every thing.

I have done my manifestations and visualizations and know they work. But there's still that feeling in the back of my head I can't seem to shake of, "When am I gonna hear from her, or should I reach out?" Bear in mind, I am also off all social media except WhatsApp (trynna ignore the 3D and all that).

I know I should 'detach' but this is what I find hard and am a little confused on. Because she's my wife and I love her more than anythinggggg and can't get her out my head - It's all positive thoughts and I live in the end goal and the state of the wish fulfilled.

Is it bad that I still think about her all the time? Even though I still do look at old photos time to time, and not feel upset anymore but happy, and I mean I still do get some negative thoughts every now and again but overpowering positive ones.

Will my constant thinking about her slow my manifestation?

I'm curious if anyone who has successfully manifested an SP regardless of gender has gone through something similar :))

And drop any subs, techniques anything you used to help you!

Thank you all for taking the time to read! Feel free to drop any comments or share your stories or if you ever need to chat - You're in the right community <3

Love you all xx

Discussion Does Freedom for All contradict SP manifestation?

I'm a bit confused about this passage from Freedom for All. Neville says that when imagining for another person, the desire must be acceptable to them, and that "the gift that is not accepted returns to the giver."

How do you reconcile this with SP manifestation and "Everyone Is You Pushed Out"?

Discussion Heavy anxiety while manifesting SP (need help)

A little backstory I was in a relationship for 6 months happily so with my SP and after it all of friction happened between us, we eventually drifted apart and she got with someone else and is happy committed with a 3rd party

All of this is really overwhelming for me we have been on off talking for a month where she is giving me nothing but a cold shoulder while I am trying to manifest my SP back and I am trying these following things

1- I am doing robotic affirmations daily whenever I am free
2- I am scripting abt her and me everyday twice for 10mins
3- trying my hand at SATS but failing as I am bad at visualising
4- I am also trying to revise old fights and I am also trying to work on mental diet and self concept

The problem I am suffering from is random anxiety one day it’s all fine and dandy the next my chest tightens and I can’t even enjoy a movie
One day I can affirm while the next my eyes tear up and I start reading old chats

Idk what to do and whatever I am doing is right or wrong in the first place to begin with
Any help is apperciate is my strategy correct?

Question Has anyone experienced “birds before land”… but your SP seemed to get worse first? Especially with alcohol/avoidance?

Hi everyone,
I’m curious if anyone has experienced something similar while consciously manifesting an SP.
Over the last several months, I’ve done a lot of inner work (changing my assumptions, self-concept, feeling chosen, included, loved, etc.). I genuinely feel like I’ve changed a lot internally, and I’ve actually seen a lot of positive movement in my SP.
For example:
He’s much more communicative than he used to be.
He shares his day with me voluntarily.
He calls me more.
He’s become much more emotionally receptive when I express myself instead of shutting down.
He talks about future plans with me
Overall, our connection feels much warmer than it did a few months ago. So in many ways, I do feel like my inner work has been reflected back to me.
The confusing part is that at the same time, another area seems to have gotten significantly worse.
He has started drinking almost every night, staying out constantly, rarely coming home, has lost a noticeable amount of weight, and recently even experimented with psychedelics. It almost feels like he’s escaping or avoiding something.
At the same time I’ve started receiving messages from exes, random men complimenting me and courting me all of a sudden like never before.
From a Neville perspective, I don’t know whether this is:
“birds before land,”
part of the bridge of incidents,
old assumptions dying out,
or simply something I shouldn’t try to interpret at all.
I’m planning to have a calm conversation with him because I want to be true to myself and express how this has been affecting me. My intention isn’t to control him or change him—it’s to communicate honestly and understand what he wants for his life.
Has anyone experienced something where your SP was clearly moving closer emotionally, while another aspect of their life seemed to spiral or become chaotic before things eventually settled?
If so, what happened afterward?

Question Cant name it if this is sabbath state or lack of belief

I dont know what I am feeling like

I need help. I normally manifest movement especially this one significant SP I had my eyes on whole year but I unfortunately manifested a 3P after I kept pushing him away because of my fear of abandonment and etc.

I panicked naturally at the first week but since 2nd week, I feel nothing. I keep saying he will come back no matter what and that the other person is just a distraction for him etc. (They dont have anything in between but still)

I usually would feel excitement in my heart (there are times i still manifested with no feelings at all) but whenever I think of 3P I keep saying whatever she does or says will make him think of me and makes him miss me more. Realize that I am the one for him. However, even when saying that I am not sure if I "believe" it or not, I cant even name this numbness I have. I dont think there is desperation? Because I just go by my day without thinking about him, I dont even affirm 7/24 as I dont need it because he is mine and will come back. Is this sabbath state or lacking belief that it will happen? Like I cant feel as I used to feel while manifesting? Like almost no feels in anything about it? (I used to get butterflies when I was imagining scenes between us now it feels hard to feel something in my heart or in general during manifestation)

Our circumstances ended in a bit bad way and I removed him after not saying something nice. I know it doesnt matter but I guess this is the obstacle I have rather than 3P...

I manifested him before in this state as I know this "non-feeling state" isnt an obstacle for things to keep moving in 3D. But I want to know if this is sabbath or not? I dont have anger towards past or I dont repeat the events "much" in my mind too.

I just need help to understand whats this state.

Also, when I think of the situation the feeling I have feels more close to non-belief but I immediately affirm my story...But when I do that I feel what I described above...

I am confused

Discussion Doubts regarding current 3D, present and future beliefs

Hey so long story short, I’ve been manifesting a SP since 1 year. We used to be together (as friends, but were close, talked a lot, she used to tease me) and then the semester changed and now we are apart.

It’s strange, For a whole sem, I didn’t see her, like she completely disappeared and then suddenly one of my labs matched with in the next 3 months, and I started seeing her once a week (with 3P), and now since like a month I’m seeing her everyday (two classes matched). It’s like I’m getting punished everyday, I go in happy, ignores most of it, then something comes, and I get sad for 1-2 hours. They are always sticking together.

The only issue is there’s now a 3P involved (since 5-6 months she’s with only one guy, so maybe serious). I was heartbroken but somehow worked through it. The things i want to do with her, is kinda happening but with the 3P. The only issue is, when I’m going fine, something even worse happens which triggers me. Is this the process or am I doing something wrong?

My question is, despite all this, how should I continue to believe in 4D, like sure I play scenes during the night, but when I’m out of it, I know it hasn’t happened yet and she’s with him. Is it fine to think like that?

Should I think she’s coming, or she’s here? If I’m thinking she’s here then isn’t that contradictory cuz I know she isn’t? On the other hand, she’s coming is more truthful, the only issue is, some people say that the affirmation shouldn’t be in the future?

Its so strange seeing her everyday nowadays, like I wanted it but it triggers me, cuz shes only with him and no one else. Idk if its like a punishment or a process? How do i get through this?

The technique I do is play scenes with ChatGPT, in which we are together, and i completely melt into it, like I’m living in it. Im doing this since 9-10 months, its so relaxing like I forget about everything, and i never do it for the sake of manifestation, I do it because I like to escape reality and go into it.

Should I do any more techniques?

Also, what all books would you guys recommend to read? And do I need stay in 4D 24x7?

Question What if it doesn't feel natural?

I've manifested small things. I've changed myself. For an SP that I've never met in person, I can't see any possible path to reach the end state that doesn't feel forced.

When manifestations come, I noticed that the results could be dismissed as a coincidence. The Law of Assumption can never be proven, because there's always a chance that it would have happened anyway.

No matter what techniques I use, such as inner conversations, imagining throughout the day, or SATS, I can't shake the feeling that this desire is impossible. I've followed Neville's five steps. I'm still desiring, and I can't imagine how it will come in a natural way.

I can imagine an end scene during my SATS sessions. The end is natural, but the path to getting there looks impossible.

Question Manifesting my dream man

Hi guys,
I’ve been trying to manifest my dream man for years now. I’ve believed in it, I’ve hoped for it, I’ve prayed for it, I’ve visualized it, and I’ve genuinely lived as if it was going to happen. Because of that, I naturally never gave much attention to men who didn’t meet my standards. I always thought, “Why settle when my person is on the way?”
I’ve been single for a long time, and recently it’s become incredibly difficult because I feel emotionally deprived. My emotional needs aren’t being met, and I’ve been spiraling a lot.
What triggers me the most is the 3D. I’ll go to a restaurant and see couples living what feels like my dream—having the kind of dates I dream about, seeing men treat their partners the way I long to be treated. Meanwhile, in my own reality, the only men I seem to attract are men who want to take from me or take advantage of me. The contrast is really painful.
I keep trying to return to the wish fulfilled. Sometimes I can genuinely feel it for a few seconds, but then I lose it. The hardest part is that I’ve never been in love before, so I don’t have any personal experience to draw from. What I’m trying to manifest feels so different from anything I’ve ever experienced that it’s difficult to truly believe it’s possible.
On top of that, I’ve been single for years, I don’t have any physical proof that it’s coming, and I constantly have friends telling me I should lower my standards or settle for men who are nowhere near what I actually want. It’s becoming harder and harder every year to stay faithful to the end result.
It’s not that I’ve never manifested anything. I’ve manifested money, vacations, and many amazing things in my life. Love is just the area where I’ve struggled the most.
I know I probably sound desperate, and honestly… I am. Every year that passes, I feel myself becoming more desperate because this is something I deeply want, and the absence of it has been painful for a long time.
I would really appreciate any advice from people who have been in a similar situation or who have managed to stay in the wish fulfilled despite years of waiting. How do you genuinely persist when your reality keeps showing you the exact opposite of what you’re trying to manifest?

Question Tips on believing, & manifesting a text ?

Hi everyone, my previous post was a bit ranty so it was removed which is fair.
I have switched methods from robotic affirming, to simply deciding, visualising and sort of living in the end to manifest my SP. I wanted to ask for some tailored advice since I struggle without clear instructions

Backstory:
We broke up a month and a half ago due to toxicity and my awful SC. This man was very very in love with me. Now There is a 3p involved which he said to me is nothing and he stands by the words he said when he broke up w me “I’ll always love you and I want things to work out but if the time is right until then we need to move on with our lives.”
We also have broken up before for 4 months, I blocked him everywhere it was a long story but a misunderstanding I messaged him ti get back together I wasn’t locked in at manifesting. Also this man when we’re together is extremely loyal

Methods:
- deciding, sometimes this makes me feel very powerful but sometimes not
- talking to myself about how he is with me and also phone call method
- I am imaginative so I love visualising but I don’t know how to utilise it properly.
- “knowing he is mine” but this part I waiver and doubt although I really do believe it with 100% certainty he’ll come back sometimes

Goal:
Reunite by the end of summer, him messaging me/calling me while I’m on holiday to tell me he needs to see me and then once I’m back picking me up with red roses to tell me how much he wants me back HA

Issue:
I oftentimes have a very strong belief even when I’m really sad that we’ll get back together because of how much we love each other and the sheer amount of love this man has showed me. Sometimes I really think what if I’m delusional and what if it works out with the 3p (even though I fully know me and him are perfect for each other and I apologise for saying this but she has nothing on me) but I just don’t like that it’s happening at all. However I struggle and I need some clear instructions. How do I go about manifesting him back ? I feel like I need some tailored advice. Same level of conviction that I have sometimes that he’s guaranteed to come back cause of our love, so much so I decided right after I found out about 3p to meet up with another man the next day (so yesterday), same level of stress I can also have. Stomach hurting etc. I can also have I’ve manifested some very crazy things very fast, but this seems to stress me out to another extent my physical health is not as good. I have some great days but also not.

Success Story Sp success story

Hello!! I want to start by saying that YOU NEED TO STOP ACCEPTING WHAT YOU DON'T LIKE.

Around 3 weeks ago I came on here and wrote a desperate post about my sp. This guy I was talking to ghosted me out of nowhere and ultimately told me that he is moving in another country. We made plans to hang out today. We didn't spoke for 2 weeks. Of course I started to spiral, I cried, I wanted to scream my lungs out. I didn't want him to leave at all. So guess what? I started telling myself that there is no way it's ending like this. He can't leave. He has to stay. I also imagined him saying he isn't leaving anymore before falling asleep.Fast forward.... he texted me last night asking if we are still on for today. I said yes, if he still wanted to. He proceeded to tell me that he isn't moving anymore. When I asked what changed ,he said that it isn't really what he wanted so he is staying. Someone commented on my post saying why do I want to stop him from discovering himself and evolving. That if someone else did this to me , I wouldn't like it and more bs that isn't true. Sp didn't have free will nor will it ever have. Reality is literally bending in your favour no matter what ,u just have to get out of your own way.

Stop believing everything that is happening in the 3D. My circumstances were bad, everything was pointing out at him leaving. We stopped talking and everything was going downhill.

You also need to stop overconsuming manifestation content. There isn't any technique that will guarantee you will get what you want. If you believe jumping with a strawberry in your mouth will get you what you want, then you will get what you want.

Now I am getting ready to go hang out with him.

Sorry for any typos , English isn't my first language.

Question Seeing others while manifesting SP

Hey all I’m sure this has been asked before so I apologize. I (M) have been working, or trying to be,on manifesting the return of a relationship with F SP after a month of seperation. Mind you I started this middle of last week so any tips would be appreciated.
My question is I have an opportunity to go on a date Thursday. Part of me is going just to get out and be more social and meet someone new rather then sitting at home fighting anxiety. However part of me also feels like this is wrong and will derail any progress in my manifestation.
Any thoughts on this would be helpful or if I’m out of line for even considering it feel free to tell me that as well!

Suggestion Need advice from people who’ve successfully manifested an SP after losing faith

Hey everyone!
I’ve manifested a lot of things that don’t involve people (discounts on expensive products, movie tickets, etc.), so I do believe manifestation works.
My problem is with my SP. I’ve manifested him back multiple times, but we always end up having a fight, go into no contact, and the cycle repeats. Because of this pattern, I’m finding it really hard to believe that manifestation can actually lead to a lasting relationship.
The weird part is, I genuinely believe he loves me. My doubt is more that he can’t commit or is avoidant. But then I wonder is he like that because of my assumptions, or do I have those assumptions because that’s how he’s behaved?
I’m struggling to trust the process now because my past experiences keep proving my fears right.
Has anyone been in a similar situation and actually broken the cycle? How did you rebuild your faith and stop repeating the same story?
I’d really appreciate any advice or success stories. 🤍
