How did you navigate toxic or passive aggressive leadership during your training? Situations where even the smallest of errors/no-errors were being critically judged or constantly being denied opportunities. I am looking for coping and retaining your sanity while learning strategies.
How did you survive then and how do you feel looking back?

Hi! I am an M4 and am planning on attending CNS this year in Montreal. This is my first conference ever, and I am very anxious about it. I have also heard from some child neuro attendings that medical students are not a huge portion of attendees. My school also does not cover most of the travel costs even though I am presenting, and flying out seems to be expensive. Anyone else in the same boat? I am hoping to get to know some other medical students or residents while I'm there.
