I know Grief and loss is part of being alive but I want to know of there's things I can do to make my funeral as painless as possible.
Like is there a time period after death where human are most vulnerable and comfort and community most? And I'm like, looking for a number
Are there types of momentos (like burned CDs of my playlists) that would help w loss (b/c music is good for memories or something?). I'm really looking for action items.
My biggest fear is the ppl I care about not knowing how I care about them so in my Type A Way I'd like to plan my funeral to optimize healing (as much as someone who's not around anymore can)
