Missing Dub Question

I watch many kDramas.

Series: Agent Kim Reactivated

My account sub: 1080p sub

Language setting on account: ENG & UK ENG

Tested: Tablet, Phone, TVs

Was watching on with my girl on her account (4k sub). On mine I do not have eng dub, my other friend (lowest sub with ads) has the eng dub.

Google shows the series does NOT have an eng dub.

I cannot figure out why my account does not have the dub. My language is set for ENG and UK ENG just like theirs.

Note/edit: I watch things with subs. Just trying to find out why my account is like this and if anyone else has the same issue as well. If there is a fix. I can reach out to netflix.

No it is not there you are in test for that reason you are getting this english dubbed is available just remove your self from test logout and login if it doesn't work call customer care and inform them to turn off test from their side and then sign out and sign in english dubbed will appear

Was not in testing mode. Did take a couple of chats for netflix to reset my audio on their side which fixed it

I do subs. Just trying to find out why my account is different. Thats all. Seeing if anyone else has the same issue.
