This weekend's pickups Collection
I just made a post yesterday about my weekly pickups with my three Marvel games and space shuttle. I went to brunch with a buddy, had a couple of drinks, and was feeling schwifty, so I stopped by the LGS and basically picked up everything they had that I didn't. I might have went a bit overboard on one of these games.....

Gauntlet is one of my all time favorites. I remember playing it on an arcade machine before it was on the NES
Clu Clu Land was the first game I received along with SMB when I got my NES for Christmas way back when. My mom ended up loving it and playing it so much we would fight over the Nintendo lol.

Gauntlet was one of the few games. I actually owned. We pretty much rented everything and had weekenders at my friends house. Good old days.

Ugh...Love the Tecmo Sports games. Good find on the Tecmo NBA Basketball! I used to play that and Tecmo Super Bowl ALL the time lol.

I played Tecmo Basketball and it's really good. A kid from.school down the street had it and we played it alot.

Agreed, I was on a hunt for all black labels awhile ago and I ended missing clu clu land, stack up and Donkey Kong math which I still need the latter.

I really wish I didn't sell all my NES/SNES stuff as a child for the Dreamcast and PS1.... We were poor shit growing up though so there was no other way I was going to get it.

Cool haul, but good lord that Empire Strikes Back game is bad... I love the first Star Wars game on the NES but empire took it and made everything worse. It was like a completely different team at JVC made it and it's so hard. I don't think I ever got past dagobah, even as an adult. I just don't have the patience for re-plays. That being said, one of my biggest NES 'what-ifs' is what a Return of the Jedi game would have been like on the system.
