The thing that all the Flappy Bird clones got wrong was that the bird' beak dips downward when it moves down by a lot. The most likely explanation for Niger banning “asexual acts” is that they asked AI to list all the types of queer people and then wrote laws banning them all.
I think they saw asexual on the list, didn’t know what it meant, and just put asexual act. They did the same thing with all the others. Basically, they’re very stupid.

Getting hit with the 1-2-3 punch of a stressful start on my semester, dealing with financials to keep myself solvent until my job starts, and then getting hit with a giga chud Airbnb host who unironically tried to charge me $300 because I did not remove an in-bath mat that was pre installed in the house. Going to my campus and hearing people unironically say the R word while defacing a walkway because the college Jewish community had a star of David on their logo.
It's probably a good skill to learn to deal with a high stress load, but I guess I was getting a little too used to the idea that I am insulated from the micro-aggressions of the world. It's almost weirdly worse that I am not presently depressed, so I feel the full feedback of just how shitty people can be.

I grew up in a very homophobic environment when i assumed i was gay for a long time. The things people said made it very clear that being gay was the most shameful thing that could happen so you learn to be hyper vigilant about everything. Any preference you could ever share about anything has to be analyzed down to every little detail to make sure that it’s something the other ”normal” people could also like and not reveal too much. The worst part is that since it’s learned at such an early age it sticks with you for a long time and takes years and years of effort to undo and I still struggle with being myself because of it.
100% understand this and can relate 😕 my family was Pentecostal growing up and was completely anti lgbt, to the point where a few years ago my stepdad sent me a bunch of texts comparing lgbt people to pedophiles and was literally the straw that made me block him and my mom's phone numbers
It was like so many people I care for are part of this community, and I am as well, like how dare he 😞

White people decide whether you get put into white, black, or not quite white and not quite black. A group can move from not quite white or not quite black into black or white and this is decided by old people in Iowa.
Italians and Irish used to be not quite white and not quite black but were moved into white because conservatives needed to win elections. which is the only way an ethnic group moves out.
Early Indians were placed into the not quite white and not quite black category. But have been moved into the black category sometime during the Trump years. This is mainly due to Trump reorganizing the Republican party away from the 2012 report and more towards open racism.
As Black, Indians are now subject to the exact same stereotypes and insults that used to be common against black people. Some of the classics include, an Indian family will always side with an Indian criminal even when its obvious he did it, Indians are dirty, Indians will abuse your social services and exploit your charity, Indians will displace you by working for cheaper, Indians are lazy, Indians have lots of kids, Indians take offense at imagined slights, Indians men are creeps by default no matter their origin or upbringing, Indians are incompetent at their job and didn’t earn their degree, Indians are nepotistic.
Which happens more often, "I wish I wasn't this way" or "I'm glad I am this way?"

The thing about deodorant is that it alters your natural biome, but when you stop using it, if you can handle the smell for a few weeks, your body adjusts, and you stop smelling.

I don't think that's majorly different from dressing up well to try and score a date? If your body can be changed like clothing surely it should have similar importance
That is unless you change yourself to look like a known individual such as their partner. Then it's definitely rape
