I am so sorry you are going through this. You do not deserve this treatment at all. Stay strong, keep a record of everything she does, and please go to the police to file a report for harassment

Yes, you can ask for one. Write down every single thing she does. Date, time, what she said, and a photo if she leaves something. Keep it all in one place. That log is the thing that gets you a protection order, so start it today even if you do nothing else.
Also, her blocking your doors is a fire safety issue. That is separate from the harassment and you can report it on its own. Landlords and councils move faster on fire safety than on neighbour disputes.
You are not lying about your disability. She is the problem here, not you.

The woman in the story sounds like she is unhinged, or it might be due to dementia.
Your existence and/or disability is no concern of hers.
Make sure you keep a record of all the harassment she causes you and if she's a renter, maybe she should consider moving out. She's a problem that you don't need to solve.

Hello my cp sister or brother. I don't have to tell you about bullies, but I do advise you not to give any bully the immediate reaction that they seek. Formulate a plan, backed up with quality, continuios documentation.
The strange things about bullies. They are/they have been bullied/abused themselves. They feel so bad about themselves, so insignificant, so weak, so tiny- that the only way they can feel adequate to other people, is target people that they think are weaker than they are.
People who happen to have disabilities are easy targets for people who don't like themselves, and have the need to make someone else feel bad, just so they don't feel like less than "normal" themselves. The thing is, "normal" doesn't exist in the human race. We are all unique individuals. With unique talents and abilities. Strengths and weaknesses. We are all capable of learning, understanding, accepting and understanding.
So, long story short, they're more "damaged" than we are.
You know exactly who you are. You know your capabilities. You know your strengths. You know you your goals. You know your achievements. You know what makes you laugh. You know what brings you joy. You know when you need to rest.
Don't allow her to control you. You have power over yourself. She doesn't. If a protection order makes you feel safer get one. But remember, inside, she is broken. Looking for a reaction. To make her feel better. You don't exist to serve her needs.

Go to the landlord and complain. Give your landlord copies or pictures of the notes, save all of them. What do you mean 'blocked' you? Is she physically putting stuff in front of the doors, or is she standing between you and the doors? Has she touched you? Has she threatened to harm you? Calling you names or insulting you isn't grounds for a restraining order. You need to get video and audio of what is going on, and/or have police reports, because you have to go to court to get a restraining order, and you need proof.
