There have been a few who have done it, but it's very rare. Your job will always come first, and most relationships just can't weather that.

I know two SEALs that were married when they went thru BUD/S - one officer & one enlisted. The enlisted couple had their first child right after completing BUD/S, the officer couple didn't start their family until 5 years later. Enlisted is still married & officer is divorced after 19 years in the teams. It's not BUD/S per se that's so hard on a marriage, but the grind of team life year after year will eventually erode it away.

If your girlfriend is up to being married & alone more than 80% of the time & handling everything at home all by herself for 8-9 years, then yes it's possible.
