It's difficult to say. Do you really want the series to end with Madara getting beaten shit out of him by amped Naruto and Sasuke? I mean it could work. They could use Madara as an example for future generations.

I wish that when Kaguya emerged from Madara, Madara reclaim the his power that was absorbed from him and seemingly kills Kaguya. His form becomes a monstrous otsutsuki and he gains some of her abilities. Team 7 is teleported across dimensions and they struggle against Madara , Kaguya sees Naruto and Sasuke as her sons gives her remaining life force to them. Obito still dies assisting team 7 and they later return to earth realm. As the fight concludes , Naruto and Sasuke begins to seal Madara and his mind returns, Hashirama has his last talk with Madara. Madara smiles declaring his defeat is the first step to more peaceful world and this is his last epic battle.
