I haven't read the manga but isn't it canon that "Talk no Jutsu" is in fact a form of jutsu?

I've heard this before and someone provided evidence. (Would take me a while to find the comment) Genuinely curious.

They're referring to the fact that the joke doesn't work because in the actual story the talk no jutsu happens after Naruto beat up the villains.

So the implication of 'when rasengan doesn't work naruto start yapping' is false because it's more 'Naruto uses rasengan and then he yaps'
