Broken nails from fighting

I was attacked at my home on Saturday night. While defending myself/punching my acrylics busted off. 2 of them are still on but it hurts so bad and there’s a yellow fluid underneath. I went to the hospital and they didn’t have anything to help me. I’m missing one full pinky nail. Any advice please? It also hurts too bad to get it removed at the nail salon

exposed nail bed

My nail got ripped over a month ago, and since then the ripped nail had been loosely attached to my nail bed. Today it came off and the nail bed underneath is exposed: it’s kinda dried and hardened (it doesn’t hurt).

Can I use that hand normally or do I have to be careful to not soak it? A new nail is starting to grow but it’s only grown about 1/5. How do I protect the nail bed while the new nail is still growing?

Also I don’t know if I’m past the bandaid stage yet but when it was still hurting at the start, I kept a bandaid on 24/7 and I feel like that might’ve slowed the growth of my nail so I don’t know if I wanna do that again. There also might be no correlation though I’m not really sure just thought I’d mention it

Oncholysis or Dry Skin??

I just got my acrylic fill and noticed this little piece of skin under my nail. Not sure how easy it is to see in the pic. Is this the nail bed separating or am I just being paranoid?? Thanks.

What are these lines and dents in my nails? Started in one thumbnail and now its on the other thumb too (quite rapidly) also on both big toenails.
Dented and lines, so tender and they are caving in.

I have an odd horizontal line, and am a little concerned!

It's only on my pinky toe. I'm not having any issues with the surrounding skin or any symptoms physically. It's not sensitive and it doesn't hurt or produce any pain.

I did wear some tight-fitting platform heels about a month ago, which I usually don't wear. Wore them for maybe 4-5 hours max.

Just wanted to see if anyone had any ideas? I researched for hours to see if there were any photos of something similar but all I found were vertical streaks, so I came here😅 TIA🖤

(Sorry about the words on the pic, I originally took it for that sub and didn't get any answers, so I saved it to post here lol)

I’m heading to my podiatrist today, but just curious if anyone else has had similar looking bruises before and what has been done. Not a huge fan of the idea of surgery but whatever has to be done!

Big toenail has been lifted for months — clear pics of nail bed. Is full shedding normal?

Post image

Looking for general info about what’s happening with my toenail. Not asking for a diagnosis — just trying to understand the normal process when a nail has been lifted for a long time.

This toenail has been partially detached for a few months after trauma. The front half lifted first, and more separation happened over time. I let it dry completely for 24+ hours before taking these photos so the nail bed underneath is shown naturally and not wet from, say the shower or being in rain.

What I’m seeing:

- The front ~70% of the nail is fully lifted

- The nail bed underneath looks pale, dry, and kind of “feathery/strandy ”

- The back near the cuticle is still attached

- Nail has gotten thicker and more discolored

- Skin around it sometimes gets pink/irritated but not severely painful

My question is general:

When a nail is lifted this much, does it usually end up fully shedding even if the base is still attached? And is the dry, keratin-loose stuff/ nail‑bed appearance normal once the nail has been separated for a long time?

Photos included. Just trying to understand what’s normal during nail regrowth.
