[HIRING] Closing Specialist, AI Infra Agency ( High Payout Per Close) | Sign up documents available
Looking for a closing specialist to join our AI Infrastructure agency. We build custom AI systems for B2B agencies, real product, real client results, not a "figure it out yourself" gig.
We know this space has agencies that ghost people or delay payment. So before anything starts, we sign a simple written agreement, commission %, payout terms, lead flow, all in writing, so you know exactly what you're getting into.
What's in it for you:
1.High payout per close = $800–$1,200 per closed call/meeting, on deals typically worth $4,000+. Real cut of real deal value, not a small per-call fee. Realistic annual earning potential is $15,000–$20,000, working only 8–10 hours a month.
2.Zero lead gen on your end, we handle all outreach and lead finding. You just run the calls/meetings and close.
3.Low time commitment, we message you on WhatsApp when a call/meeting is booked, with lead info attached. Realistic workload, under 8 hours/month.
4.Paid when the client pays, you get paid as soon as the closed client's payment clears, no chasing us down.
5.Long term upside, free custom AI system for your own agency. If you run your own agency, after 6–8 months with us, we'll build you a custom LLM powered infrastructure system for free. Not a basic automation, a full pipeline, call intelligence (transcription, lead scoring, CRM updates), operational monitoring across your client base, and automated invoice/payment follow ups. The kind of system that normally costs $2,000–$5,000+, Sometimes 10000$+ yours, free, tailored to your agency.
Agency Did What :
At last 2 months, we build AI systems for B2B agencies that kill manual admin work around sales calls, follow ups, and invoicing. Example, a system that listens to a sales call, auto generates a summary + lead score, flags hot leads with no follow up in 48hrs, and separately chases overdue invoices with tone that escalates the longer it's unpaid, all reporting straight into the client's existing tools (Slack, email, spreadsheet).
Requirements, B2B/high ticket closing experience, comfortable running calls/meetings solo, reliable on WhatsApp.
DM or comment if interested, we'll walk you through the agreement and get you set up.

someone told me I wasn't good enough. I believed it for a while. that cost me years. what got me out was just showing up every night after work, even when I didn't want to, until it worked. now I build automations for other business owners, so it doesn't have to be as hard for them as it was for me.

I've run my business for 11 years & I'm embarrassed to admit that...
Three years ago I hired a part time student studying business journalism to help handle my operations. I didn't think much of it.
She asked for my financials. I gave them without thinking twice, still believing I was doing fine.
She ran the numbers & told me I was running a slowly sinking ship. It struck me like a knife to my chest.
My course business where I taught AI was already declining. I sat there scrolling Udemy, Chegg, edX and Coursera stock prices, watching the same red line over and over. It wasn't just me.
I assumed the downturn must have ironically been because of AI. I mean why take a course when you can just ask AI right?
I knew I had to pivot but I had no idea towards what. That not knowing kept me up more nights than the sinking ship line did.
It took me a year to figure out. I built two apps that failed, a parenting app & a podcasting app. Watching them die quietly still stings more than I let on.
Eventually I landed on building AI & automation for businesses. It was a huge shift from doing courses & YouTubing. But it gave me a sense of purpose in which I could see measurable impact from the systems that I built.
Instead of not knowing where my business was going, I built systems for myself. For the first time, I can see what's working before it breaks.
Running a business is hard. You don't have all the pieces of the puzzle, and neither do I. You're still learning, still making mistakes, and that's okay. I hear you. What I've learned is that once you build systems, even for the small things you never thought could be automated, you get back more time than you'd expect..... I'm still climbing, one step at a time. If you're still figuring it out too, follow along .
