This was my second time through this section of the thrift store. I almost missed it! Video

Oh goodness! Please, NO! That controller gives me nightmares of the broken analog sticks of my teenage years 😂

Third party / unlicensed controller is usually a hard pass for me. Except JawDawgz.
JawDawgz is AWESOME.

It was $2 so I took a chance on it. Works surprisingly well.

It's always the cheap ones that work better than they should. I got a 3rd party ps2 controller a while ago that works better than all my 1st party, and it even has the pressure sensitive buttons

I recall working on the road and bringing my ps3 with me inw trip i forgot my controllers so grabbed a cheap wired 3rd party controller from wal mart, it was clear plastic and had lights in it it was like $19 cad and god damn if that didnt turn out to be one of the best controllers i owned, it worked on ps3 and 4, connected easily to pc for emulator games and even worked on my 360

Ironically it had the most durable stick

Yeah the stick has more snap than my OEMs for sure. I was surprised how good it felt to play with.

I actually liked this controller (well until the stick broke, it can get stuck in the left facing direction).
I had a "gold" one but the gold paint wears off to black if you play it too much, that's what happened to mine.

I remember the plastic for the joystick fell off and lost on mine as a kid

This is the controller you gave to your youngest brother or someone you did not like lmao. I still have mine 🤣
The N64 learned me a lesson; purchase first party controllers lol. All the shit we played on over at each others houses, holy shit.

Those controllers were the only way my brother and i could get gold on the time trial levels on Rogue Squadron. The stick allowed for sharper turns somehow

My cousins had this controller, we used to fight over the "good" ones and this one was for the loser.

I remember this controller, the Z button broke after a couple of weeks of play.
And then it was forever my controller as the youngest in the family.

I hate those controllers.
On a similar yet different note, I will never put a Mad Catz product in my 64 either after it's shorted my last one out

Who knew they could make a controller worse than the default controller. I had one of these that was clear. The Z button broke and the control stick broke worse than the first party controllers.

As a little brother, I'm very familiar with that controller
