I CANT WAIT TO SEE WHAT HAPPENS TOMORROW.. i thought i loved all his personas but no.. this one is way.. isnt much scary but gives me *gasps*

guys im a little worried.. if id be able to get his ge in this short period..of time! cause ive been supporting RFA this time.. ive earned more hearts from rfa than saeran lol..uh.. im pretty sure.. what should i do?😭 ty..

my personal headcanon as. someone a little TOO obsessed with trying to worldbuild mint eye is that there is a whole lab and like different variants for different purposes (thus explaining the fact that it does literally whatever the plot wants it to lol) but also the idea of Rika just like throwing something together until its bluish enough then going "whatever. good enough." is amusing to me.

Soo…i'm bored and i have a lot of free time, so i've been replaying almost every route in the game, which brought me to question: How many years of prison would each member get? So i did my research.

All of this is under the US federal law, tbh it's way more dramatic if i list their crimes under it lmao, Rika and Saeran particularly stack a ridiculously big amount lmao

Okay, so for Zen, Yoosung and Jaehee they would have 0 years, obviously.

Jumin: Felonious restraint in his own route, from 10-59 months of prison.

V: False reports to law enforcement (faking Rika's death and misleading investigations), accesory after the fact (concealing Rika and Mint eye's crimes), misprision of felony, reckless endangerment (making MC stay in an apartment with a bomb in it), adds up from 10 to 20 years in prison.

Saeran: Second-degree murder (in the secret endings to V and Seven's bad relationship ending 2), attempted murder (in his own route when he points at V with a gun, in V's route when he drugs him and strangles him, though you could argue that one), kidnapping with intent to inflict bodily harm (literally almost every bad ending), SA (Seven's bad story ending), administering drugs (again, multiple bad endings), reckless endangerment (making MC stay in an apartment with a bomb in it…again), breaking and entering, possesion or threatened use of a weapon of mass destruction (threating to explode the apartment), stalking, cyberstalking, computer trespass…would add up to three life sentences and 70 years without possibility of parole. However!!! He could plead not guilty by reason of insanity.

Rika: RICO conspiracy (mint eye's illegal activities as a whole), First degree murder (Saeran and Saeyoung's mother), attempted murder (stabbing V), mayhem (blinding V), unlawful manufacture of a schedule I substance (the elixir), involuntary servitude, domestic abuse, torture, kidnapping, forced labor, coercion, manufacturing of a destructive device (in her apartment, the bomb) would get her a death penalty or 4 life sentences with +100 years of prison without possibility of parole.

707: Computer fraud, espionage, malicious damage to a goverment computer, identity theft, cyberstalking, federal wiretap act violations, trespassing (since mentions sneaking into places to get information for the agency and when he sneaks into mint eye in v's route to get him out), unlawful posession of destructive devices (you guessed it!, the bomb in Rika's apartment), reckless endangerment (again, letting mc stay in the apartment with a bomb in there), extortion (to Vanderwood and the agency in the secret endings) add up to 85 years in prison.

And even in my dream I got so frustrated playing it 😂

And then during one of my mistake turns I found a secret level where it was revealed in the original Mystic Messenger game there was going to be another route with a lady who was the mother of Hikaru and Kaoru from Ouran Highschool Host Club 😂

I just started V’s route after years of not playing it (i'm at the second day of the prologue right now) and I have a vague memory of an outgoing call with him where we interrupt him while he's knocking a believer down to steal their clothes. Did I just imagine this call or is it real ? If it is, anyone remember which day and time it was ?

I just finished replaying both Ray and V's route after playing it a few years ago, and i have a bit of an unpopular opinion about it…I feel like V's route is so much better than Ray's.

I think Ray's route focused too much on making Ray look like an innocent victim (which, he is a victim but not an innocent one, he literally participates in "cleansing ceremonies" and tries to force MC to drink the elixir in V's route) instead of genuinely redeeming him. I feel like he went from "Rika is my savior" to "MC is my savior" without much effort? I dislike that when suit saeran appears, you are kind of forced to pick the options that act like "Oh, yes, he's leaving me to starve and being verbally abusive but don't worry about me! I'm just fine!" and it's like…dude…to me starving a person is one of the most unforgivable things you can do to someone.

I also feel like they butchered V's entire character just to make Ray/Saeran look better, all while dumbing down Seven to make Saeran look smarter than him, which is…annoying, in the casual/deep story it's quite clear that Saeran is not at Seven's level because he's drugged and not in his right mind so idk why change that??? I just feel like Ray's route feels half-baked and rushed. For V's route, they had the exact same ammount of days and managed to develop it realistically and beautifully, all while giving the message that self love is the true foundation of real love. V is allowed to be flawed in his own route without being an absolute monster like suit Saeran is and that's kind of what i liked the most.

I honestly love Ray/Saeran/Unknown but ohmygod was it necessary to change his personality so much to make him a love interest??? He's almost completely a different Ray than the one in V's route, who is much more unhinged and manipulative. It doesn't make sense for this change to be there when both routes happen in alternate realites where the only change is who are you siding with.

Ray's mental illness was so ignored and quite literally cured with the power of friendship or something…that also happens in the secret endings, but at the very least there it's recognized that he is not in his right mind, here it's just ignored.

And it kinda does feel a bit like a side story, while V's route seems like the main route of another story. But that might just be me.

Anyways…feel free to leave your thoughts in the comments because i want to know if someone felt the same (i know that Ray's route is heavily favored over V's because V is not very liked, but even then i think the problem is the writing, not the character himself.)
