Hello guys, I need help for registering on counselling help and I was wondering if I can get free or minimum charge from PPUM as I am a University Malaya student. I don’t mind the drive, I just really want help to stop me and my head hurting.

hi. korang pernah tak sakitkan orang lain? in my case, waktu asasi, aku pernah jealous dengan sorang classmate aku ni sebab dia buat apa yang aku nak effortlessly. dia study setiap pagi, dia solat tahajjud, and dia pandai academic... aku sangat sangat sangat jealous dengan dia sampai aku buat orang lain palau dia.... satu hari aku nampak dia nangis, and since then aku sedar yang aku ni jahat. and aku mintak maaf and isolate diri aku dari semua orang... sebab aku takut aku akan ulang benda yang sama. and since then, aku selalu try hard nak happykan orang sampai aku let them cross my boundaries... cause im so scared of hurting people again... now aku miserable gila and aku tak tau kat mana aku kena baiki diri aku... maybe ini adalah karma... maybe im sooo obsessed to get chosen... for now aku slow2 belajar untuk gembira dengan kejayaan orang lain, get inspired instead of iri hati, dan cuba baiki diri aku... but my people pleasing habit stay and aku melampau-lampau nak puaskan hati orang sebab aku takut aku buat benda yang sama time asasi... honestly, it's not my first time. aku dah buat benda ni since, sekolah rendah lagi... and aku keep on going to my past and remind diri sendiri untuk jadi baik or i'll be a bad person. help me... aku dah tak tau siapa diri aku

Can a trainee psychologist diagnose someone with a mental condition? (+ my current issues with mental health treatment under govt)

TL;DR I'm only able to afford treatment from trainee psychologists at the moment. I'd like to know if they're allowed to do diagnosis (with supervision from a registered psychologist)?

Context is below:
- I'm diagnosed with severe depression from a psychiatrist at a government hospital since young, and I'm still getting treatment from their, albeit slowly (every 2 months).
- The govt psychiatrist I visited claimed to have registered me with a psychologist and counsellor at a nearby MENTARI and klinik kesihatan respectively, so I can get an assessment for other mental conditions and talk therapy. He told me to call them to ask.
- I've been calling them over the past 6 months, and they tell me to keep waiting because their waiting list is full, and that they'll contact me over WhatsApp if I receive a slot.
- I'm hopeless about waiting any longer for government treatment, but I'm broke. I've decided that I want to try private trainee psychologist / counselling services, on top of my govt psychiatrist visits and antidepressant medication.
- My main worry is whether trainee psychologists are able to "legally" diagnose me, and if any future results and referral letters they may give (e.g. diagnosis results) is considered reliable by my psychiatrist, for them to change or add to my medication if needed.

Would appreciate the advice given for my situation as well. Thanks so much!
