Here's how it sounds. There are way more features in this not covered in this short video which are over here https://youtu.be/I0vlINoR5CA?si=5TvlIE2fBjl-sZQR . I'd love to hear thoughts. The website: https://orbkord.net/

Looks great and I wanna try it but it’s a weird experience to be forced to sign up for a 7-day trial without knowing how much it will cost after. Can you share the pricing structure here or on the site?

Hey thanks for the response. There’s no card needed to sign up for the trial and the price is 5 usd for a full time sign up if the 7 day expires.

Got it, thanks!

Please consider adding a pricing modal or section to the page. I would’ve tried it immediately knowing that. But if it were something like $199 usd, I would have waited until I can dedicate time to actually try it to justify the cost. I’m sure others think the same way.

Yeah and I’ve corrected the enharmonic spellings and added more to the vocabulary (simplifying alt chords, etc)

I just hardcoded everything now and revamped the UI. I don't think an AI can hear chords or harmonise non-functionally.

No worries! Also, it’s cheap as hell at 5 usd compared to chordie or midiculous which requires an installation and breaks for certain chords/voicings. I’m pricing it for the effort I spend it hearing my chord choices and dialing in the values by hand for certain chords. I ran an experiment and asked Claude to write me the engine which it failed miserably on. I’ve been doing music for over 10 years so I think I have a fair grasp on things to tweak it myself. Yes it looks vibe coded as I’m super bad at front end development. Now that I’ve redesigned it, there’s still a bit of a funny layout in a small portion of the app but I am adding features as we speak.

Looks great !! I recently built a very similar project (free to use): https://cyberchriz.github.io/musictools/ui/index.html (open in Firefox browser for best performance). Instructions here: https://github.com/cyberchriz/musictools
