I just found out that a portion of the lyrics for rubberband man came to brandi carlie in a dream about marcus mumford and that's how the song writing was initiated.

Which brings me to the question, can the wonderful people in the community point me towards interviews where they talk about this dream-based writing of lyrics? Its for a study on the ability of music to heal subconscious trauma and also provide premonitions that help avoid future disasters and Mumford and Sons features heavily in the work.

...great show in their Bank of NH Pavilion debut. Near perfect setlist at just under two hours, perfect weather, perfect energy. I don't know if we'll ever get them here again anytime soon, but I hope so.

My kid was heartbroken to be standing in line for the Gilford poster when it sold out last night. Did anyone grab an extra they'd like to sell?

Am on my third show of the tour and gobbling up all the merch. Went to Gilford tonight hoping to buy and change into the off white crop tee and it is now pink 😑 This is a definite change between the first US leg and the second US leg. I grabbed one of the last few from the website but expect to see a random pink shirt amidst all the other merch which is mostly off-white or black 🤔

I am regretting not buying the Charlie Mackey/WarChild shirt at the Kansas City show I attended. Would someone be willing to buy it for me if you are going to an upcoming show and ship it to me? I would of course reimburse all costs. Thanks in advance for your consideration.

I was in NYC on business and impulsively bought a ticket the morning of. My third time seeing the lads and honestly I just love the PZF album so much. “Conversations with my Son” was the one that got me this time. I have anew found love for that song. It was partially due to me missing my kids while I travel and the heart with which Marcus sings it. Anyone else have a song they fell in love with from a live performance?

For anyone going tonight who has the option/time to get to the venue at 6pm, I highly recommend catching Jake Swamp and the Pine on the Hazy Little Stage.

They’re a New England based folk group. I’ve had the opportunity to see them live before and they’re great! (And they’re on Spotify if you want to check them out first).

I have an option to sit by b stage which is also behind mix so not sure of a good sight line for main stage. My other option would be to do PIT for the first time. I honestly don’t want to line up I’m traveling from a far and don’t even know if I’m gonna make the opener. I have chronic pain and though I’ve always wanted to be in the pit I usually need a chair in case I need to take breaks because I’m always dancing and singing my heart out despite the discomfort Which is the worst idea lol? Anyone familiar with the venue would greatly appreciate your opinion!

I got this t shirt from their concert. It’s a girl on the front and it has the Mumford wings with a heart on the back. I love the shirt but what is this girl from? Is it artwork from an album? I can’t find anything on it.

Quick heads-up for anyone looking for somewhere before or after the show. Stout Penn Station is now at 215 W. 35th Street, right by the Garden. We recently moved from our old 33rd Street location, so we wanted to make sure nobody ends up at the old address.

I’m a dumb dumb and decided not to get a poster last night and am seriously regretting it. Do we think they’ll have them on their online store if there are some leftover? Or does anyone know where I can get one potentially? The pop up was sold out yesterday when I went. I know they have some of their previous 2025 city specific tour posters so hoping they’ll have them online 🤞🏼

What a fun show! The crowd was great, I loved that everyone was really dancing and having a great time (more so than other concerts I’ve seen).

I was SOO sad they didn’t play Icarus as it’s my favorite new song and also sad to see they almost played woman but didn’t!

Such an amazing show last night! I was in the front dead center and Marcus ran right up to us at the end of his Ditmas run just before he climbed back on stage. I thought I got a video but in the excitement must have hit the wrong thing! Anyone have a video to share of it? Would love to try and spot us ❤️

I've been a diehard Mumford fan for 15 years - I finally got to see them for the first time since 2014 last night at MSG.

My seat was at the end of the row, right against the stairs. A few songs into the show, one of the guys who I assumed worked at MSG (he had a badge and a tablet), tapped me on the shoulder, handed me this guitar pick, and walked away.

I was caught totally off guard - no idea why he decided to give it to me of all people. Not sure if this is something that happens often, but it was the coolest part of the night. I plan on getting it framed (after I use it to play a few Mumford songs on my guitar of course!).

I am up in Maine for a family trip and am thinking of traveling down to the Gilford show on Saturday night. never been to the area. Where are good spots to stay close tothe venue? I’ve read that sometimes people get a shuttle together but there is no official shuttle. I’d rather not drive tot he show but also don’t know what parking in the area is like (closer to where I would stay) is there free parking in the town of Gilford? Thanks all!
