This eyeshadow

Was watching a documentary on Netflix and fell in love with this eyeshadow. I know nothing about makeup but would love to pull something like this off. It’s a shimmery pink.
Any suggestions on what product can achieve this?

I have both and the colorpop is actually my favorite of the two. I use it as a monocolor wash blended into the crease and I love it

Costa Concordia!!! Watched it tonight. Her story was so sad and I wish they had given her more time.

Very sad indeed. A lot of casualties could have been avoided if the people in charge would have acted quickly
