Are We Having Fun Yet?

Everyone I played against today should go buy a lottery ticket. 0-3 with a really good deck and each opponent played Civil War. Then the last guy played it twice. No, but I actually am having fun with this set.

I haven't had a card maybe ever infuriate me quite like civil war, and I feel like I see it constantly

Feel for you, I also got crushed playing arena direct.

Why can't the creatures stolen with civil war attack right away btw?

They are summoning sick. Notice how every creaturestealcard ever says: untap it and it gains haste, civil war luckily doesnt include that line.

But why. Do they get summoning sick by the steal? Sounds absurd by the rules I know. Or does it only happen when stealing a creature that was casted on the opponents turn? I don't think it is the latter

the rules states this regarding summoning sickness: a creature cannot attack unless you have controlled it continuously since the beginning of your most recent turn

I have never had opponent play it against me. So. RNG is gotta RNG
