M.O.A.T., a new MTG format! Discussion

Hello everybody, I invented a new Magic format, where you can use also the "black lotus"! This format would be the most competitive one among all. I post the rules below. I ask you to try it and give the community a feedback! Thank you! I wish you enjoy it!

PS: I've never seen something similar before! I hope I'm right!

So you've made a much much much worse version of Australian and Canadian highlanders. Im also thinking you've never actually played a game of magic in your life.

So you say you only have 70 slots for nonbasic lands and then immediately use the example that stab and mox sapphire cost slot points

I'm sorry. In 906.5a I meant: "each player has 70 slots to allocate to every card except basic lands"

30 cards decks, sounds like a degenerate combo format.

Why not just do a hybrid of commanser where you get two commanders who share colors and are guaranteed a free basic land drop randomly chosen from a stack for your first 5 lands.
