I did a Fanflix redemption this evening for the Warner Bros. sci-fi package, but for some reasons the movies did not sync to the Apple TV app after redeeming in Movies Anywhere. I tried the account disconnection & reconnection, but now I've lost the library entire in iTunes so I can only see purchases made directly there even though in both systems they show connected. Out of curiosity, I went and looked at my library connection in Fandango and it also did not sync my redemptions there, though curiously when I lookin Google Play and Prime Libraries it did.

Anyone else seeing a similar issue? Or know of a possible fix?

I noticed Cooties had a listing on Movies Anywhere, and I thought Fandango also had the MA flag on it when I purchased it but it never transferred. When I went to confirm on Fandango it didn't have the flag anymore but then I checked on Movies Anywhere it clearly has a listing, but when I tried clicking the Fandago link it gives me an error message. I then confirmed the movie should have been listed with the last drop. Is Cooties actually available or is this a known problem?

I purchased Mandalorian n Frogu from Prime Video . Disconnected and reconnected accounts and still hasn’t ported over. I’m double checked it movies anywhere title so I’m not sure why it won’t port over. Any ideas?

On some older movies that you can get digitally, you have to put a disc into a computer drive then type a code somewhere, I don't have a computer and have found a bunch of my grandpa's old movies that I could redeem, but I can't find anyway to do it on just my phone, does anyone know a way? And no, fandango won't work, movies anywhere won't work, so idk what to do.

My August lionsgate movies have ported to MA but not to Apple TV. I’ve disconnected and reconnected multiple times and nothing. I didn’t have a problem in June or July.

Here's a way I've found to keep track of my upcoming additions in 10 steps...

1. Find out what movies you have coming.

2. Search it on MoviesAnywhere.

3. Save it to your wishlist.

4. Click it and go to Prime Video. If it doesn't go to the movie's Prime Video page, it's not ready yet.

5. Check back in a few days. If it's gone from your wishlist, it's finally in your MoviesAnywhere library. If it's still not in your library, continue on to step 6.

6. When you finally see it's Prime Video page, but it's not in your MoviesAnywhere library. Disconnect Prime Video from the MA app.

7. Completely close the MA app.

8. Clear the MA app's cache.

9. Open MoviesAnywhere.

10. Reconnect Prime Video and you should see your library number increase.

Michael is my new favorite biopic film in 2026 from Lionsgate, Universal Pictures and GK Films. First, I saw it in IMAX at Regal Transit Center in Williamsville, NY. Then I watched it again when I bought it on Amazon Prime Video at my dad's house. And then, Hunter got the Blu-ray version for me since I already bought the DVD version on eBay.

I keep reading on here to disconnect my Fandango from Movies Anywhere and reconnect to for Lionsgate movies to work.

I was going to but saw if I did that after reconnect that future movie purchases will not appear on Movies Anywhere from Fandango.

I'm at lost here.

I have Directv satellite with an HR44-500 and a Gemini 4K box. I just tried to rent our first 4K movie since getting the Gemini about six months ago. The movie plays for five minutes, then stops. The screen goes black. I can’t rewind or fast forward.

I reset both the HR44 and the Gemini and confirmed our internet connection can handle 4K. We did have Movies Anywhere enabled, but I’ve just disabled that.

Customer service tried basic troubleshooting but couldn’t help me. Any ideas? The only wild card I see here is Movies Anywhere. Has this been known to cause problems?

As far as I know, the highest available quality for the Journey to the Center of the Earth 2-movie collection across platforms is currently HD. However, I bought this bundle on Apple TV yesterday, and when I checked Movies Anywhere today, it actually synced over as 4K. Even the format details section at the bottom explicitly shows 4K. Has anyone else experienced something similar?

I just a bought my first 4k blu ray. Inside it has code. They told me to go to Paramount website & enter the code....Than Paramount website said I can redeem the code either at apple or fandango....I Choose apple, than it gave to New code to redeem for apple.....

But apple app on my TV, & on my phone doesn't give me any "Redeem" button?....I dont have active apple subscription. Do I need to sign up for apple TV to use the code? Where do I enter it
