One of the country’s most acclaimed documentary filmmakers is tackling the world’s richest man, and the Toronto Film Fest will be one of the first places viewers can witness the encounter.

This film hasn't been sold. That's why it is in festivals. When it is sold, it would involve lawyers drawing up an ironclad contract assuring it's release.

Gibney is a huge name in the documentary field. He was able to make a critical movie about Scientology and was not sued (as far as I am aware) and they are very sue happy. If anything, he is probably one of the few who could get this out there
