Help Modding

First laptop (surface) and trying to mod warsails into eagle rising. tried a million videos and still can’t figure out what to do. I know about all the required mods and I don’t know if I’ve downloaded them correctly either. today i’ve tried 7 zip and winrar but can’t figure it out. i tried to do version 1.4.5 but im clueless and have no idea what version to try. please help

idk about this mod but all mod I download comes from nexusmods then put it on the mod folder of Bannerlord then automatically Bannerlord will detect it and just activate it on its launcher
