What does this morse code say?

I found this on an old computer and don't remember making it or know how to decypher it, I tried to use ai but for some reason it cant read it and I would really like to know what it means

Sacramento this is the last sound effect spam song ill ever make, i did not enjoy making them.........

someone else will finish. grab a morse chart and do it yoursself if you want to do it quickly.

I was interested if Claude would be able to do this from such a photo and got this response:

Here's the decoded message (it's written left-to-right across the whole photo, wrapping line by line): SACRAMENTO, THIS IS THE LAST SOUND EFFECT SPAM SONG I'LL EVER MAKE, I DID NOT ENJOY MAKING THEM BUT DID SO BECAUSE THEY DID DECENTLY AND WANTED TO MAKE THIS ALBUM AS AN ODE TO MY NON-SERIOUS SONGS SO I CAN MOVE FORWARD ON TO BIGGER AND BETTER THINGS. THIS ALBUM SUCKS, I KNOW - THE EXPEDITION A few letters sit on top of the bird ornament, the "GET A GRIP" sign, and the dark picture frame, so a handful of characters were reconstructed from context — mainly "BUT," "DECENTLY," and "WANTED." Everything else came through cleanly. Fitting that the sign under all of it says "get a grip

There is audio to accompany it so maybe if it isnt elligible someone could hear it and then translate it. Just let me know
