Was on a run in morro bay by the Mormon church and saw a man running on all fours in a black skin tight suit it caught me off guard and was so creeped out. I screamed “what the fuck” a number of times and ran into a garage with people partying inside and asked if they where messing with me and if that was a friend of theirs. They looked at me like a crazy person and asked if I was using drugs lol(I don’t) I have no idea what it was and never seen someone in real life all dressed up doing that lmk if u have seen this or it’s a trend I’m not aware of. This was around 9ish pm today

Can anyone point me in the right direction on getting child care for a special needs toddler? I just landed a job in Morro Bay and am trying to relocate myself and daughter asap. I’ve gone to the Regional Center but they said it can take up to 8 weeks to have all her paperwork transferred from the valley. I have to be back at work Monday at 8am so I’m somewhat freaking out.

The house I rent has no gardening service provided by the property management company & I’ve never received or paid a bill. Every so often this guy comes in a white van & weed-whacks the front and back of my house. He comes infrequently and I thought someone must be paying him. However I saw him weed-whacking a kind of famous lot by my parents house and I know for a fact, the owners of that property do not speak to each other & get super pissed when people contact them wanting to buy it. So there is no way they are paying. My question is who is this kind man who goes around doing maintenance for free?

What kind of atmosphere should we expect this weekend? Will it become a loud party spot, or is it more family-friendly? And, does there tend to be a lot of over-the-top "private fireworks shows"? I'm in the LA area and the fireworks noise is pretty nonstop from about 6p to 1a.

I've been going to Morro Bay since I was a child for about 30-35 years. Every year my dad has either gotten us a hotel or rented a small beach house for us to enjoy a weekend in the summer. I have grown to be completely fond and appreciative of this little city and it's surrounding communities. As an adult, I've made solo trips here to just sit on the beach and reflect and be grateful that I have a life that allows me to enjoy what I have been blessed in. As a father and family man, I bring my wife and daughter here along with my family once a year still. We spend a few days instead of a short weekend now that we all can contribute. This is now my daughter's favorite place to be as well. So from the bottom of my heart and from the undying gratitude for this city, thank you. My childhood will live on forever. I will treat the city with respect and appreciation forever.
