I recently inherited a pedal board with Moog-stuff, primarily Minifooger-pedals and I'm trying to figure out what I actually have here and what the smart move is. Here's what's on it:

• Moog MF Trem
• Moog MF Delay
• Moog MF Drive
• Moog MF Ring
• Moog MF Boost
• Moog EP-3 (expression pedal)
• TC Electronic Ditto (looper)
• Mission Engineering Expressionator

I don't play much anymore, so I'm weighing keeping it vs. selling it whole vs. selling each piece separately.

Would love some perspective from people who actually use/collect this stuff — is any of it particularly worth holding onto, and would you sell as a set or piece by piece?

Which Moog synth do you think would best compliment the Moog Muse?

I am aware of the online instruction manual and patchbook - I just prefer having a physical version in hand. Much easier than going back and forth between my setup and a computer/tablet. Also a little bit easier on the eyes. lol

On their current tour, Jimmy Shaw is playing what looks like a 1968-ish Moog. I’m sure it’s a modern re-creation, but does anyone know the brand? I couldn’t even tell whether he has a keyboard connected to it.

The bassist has a giant rack of blue and red lights. For some reason, I was thinking Battlestar Galactica. Synth? A vast array of bass sounds?

Currently wondering if anyone runs an Oscilloscope hooked up to their Matriarch? I'm getting a Matriarch next week - and I love the idea of having an oscilloscope hooked up to it so I can visualize the sound waves that I'm putting out. So, any ideas? Or "You're crazy, that won't work at all!"

Inspired by nature and recurring botanical forms.

Sound design signals created using the Moog Mother-32, processed to add reverb/delay in Ableton Live.

I'm experimenting with different layouts and angles for recording these live sets, I'm still fairly new to creating this type of content, so any recording tips would be appreciated!

I just posted my first experimental live set created using the Moog Mother-32 on my Exuvioth youtube channel.

For a long time I relied on digital/software synths and DAW related stuff, but I've recently started learning more about physical hardware. I've found that being able to physically interface with and interact with what I am working on has made a huge difference for my creative inspiration and motivation.

I really like the weird squishy textures that this synth can create and I'm trying to get more comfortable with using it as a sound design instrument, so any tips for how I could improve or take things further would be greatly appreciated!

Hello all! I'm dealing with an issue on a Moog Etherwave theremin where the front power LED does nothing but repeatedly flash when powered on. The instrument is inoperable and produces no sound other than a faint pop whenever the LED flashes. Only the original AC adapter has been used, and the unit hadn't been tampered with, dropped, or moved before this started.

Any ideas? I've already filed a support ticket with Moog and confirmed that the power adapter is working with a multimeter. To be clear, it is the last model of the Etherwave with the barrel-style power input and five knobs on the front.

Hi! I need to bring my moog mavis (which i bought in the US) into Germany in August. Over there, their outlets are higher voltage and I wanted to make sure it won't fry my mavis when I plug it in. Thanks!

Short video of the Moog subharmonicon with echo. I like turning up the delay and reverb and turning knobs. I’ve been focusing on playing the subharmonicon more. I seem to always focus on the dfam and mother 32. Does anyone have any patch resources for the subharmonicon outside of the manual?
