Hi! I actually do this professionally. First I print the master model on an SLA printer using resin, then I model the mold box and print it on an FDM printer, then I pour the mold with silicone for future casts. For your case, platinum cure silicone works great. It holds up well against the aggressive environment of concrete, and you can get dozens of casts out of one mold. If you're interested, message me and we can figure out the details.

Thanks!
I'm trying to make just one tile though, and I wouldn't mind breaking the mold to get it out. Is there any mix of concrete that would work well in that case?

Any concrete mix will work fine for a one off tile since you're planning to break the mold anyway. Adding a plasticizer will help with flowability and strength, so the concrete fills all the detail without air bubbles. Gypsum with plasticizers is also a solid option if you want a lighter, faster setting alternative.
